RELEASE OF YOUR DATA FOR LEGAL PURPOSES

At times it may become necessary or desirable to The Greater Darlington Chamber of Commerce, for legal purposes, to release your information in response to a request from a government agency or a private litigant. MEMBERSHIP PORTAL
The Greater Darlington Chamber of Commerce makes it easy for our members to access their account, pay for membership and access other benefits of the Chamber – all via our website.  By clicking a link to join the chamber, to access a member directory, or to complete a membership application, you are redirected away from the Greater Darlington Chamber of Commerce website.  By accessing the pages to manage your Chamber membership account, you understand that you are now visiting customized pages of the Chamber, maintained by our trusted vendor; and you consent to the collection and use of your personally identifiable information by the Chamber for communications and membership benefits.
The webmaster and Executive Director possess access to such information, and is not shared with any third-parties.
Membership payments are submitted via the payment portal of our vendor and is sent over using SSL/HTTPS protocol, for your safety.
The information collected through our Contact form on the ‘Contact’ page, allows us to contact you about your inquiries or requests.  This information is kept on file for future communications with the Chamber.  If you wish to have your information removed from our system, please reach out to information@darlingtonchamber.broadstreet.us and submit a request.
If you do not wish to receive communications from us in the future, please send an email to information@darlingtonchamber.broadstreet.us and request to be taken off all future correspondence.
AMENDMENTS
